AI/ML Engineer

About the Role EY GDS Poland is seeking an AI/GenAI Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in Data Science, ML, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs and MLOps. The role involves designing and implementing advanced AI models and systems, leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph and agentic AI technologies. You will drive innovation across business use cases and work with data engineering and cloud platforms to deliver scalable AI capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement advanced AI models and systems for business use cases.
• Develop new AI approaches and experiments with cutting-edge architectures.
• Leverage LangChain, LangGraph and other agentic AI technologies.
• Build and manage AI pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes and Git.
• Implement monitoring and logging to ensure model performance and reliability.
• Develop API endpoints using Flask or FastAPI and integrate with data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote responsible AI practices where applicable.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Strong knowledge of ML, deep learning and Generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-Learn.
• Understanding of NLP techniques: tokenization, string comparison and embeddings.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Ideally, familiarity with applying trusted AI practices to ensure fairness, transparency and accountability in AI models and systems.

Nice to Have

• LangChain, LangGraph or agentic AI technologies.
• Docker, Kubernetes and Git to build and manage AI pipelines.
• Monitoring and logging tools; API building using Flask, FastAPI or similar.
