Job title: AIM Authority & User Management

About the Role AIM Authority & User Management role focused on defining and enforcing access and identity management strategies within IT systems and services, ensuring compliance with group, local, and regulatory requirements while managing information risk and protecting institutional assets.

What You'll Do

• Manage compliance with Identity and Access Management guidelines across IT resources in VWFS, acting as the primary contact with local authorities and auditors.
• Identify and assess technological risks related to IAM; establish controls to mitigate improper information handling and segregation of duties.
• Establish policies and instructions for Access and Identity management aligned with corporate, local and institutional requirements.
• Define and coordinate IAM strategy and processes to regulate staff and supplier access to IT systems, ensuring appropriate access and permissions and certification compliance.
• Lead and ensure execution of the User and Access Recertification process across institutional systems in coordination with VWFS IAM or local authorities/auditors.
• Coordinate remediation actions from audits to ensure compliance with local and external regulations.
• Manage, authorize and implement design of flows, processes, roles, and profiles for systems arising from institutional projects, ensuring integration of new solutions into IT operations.
• Continuously monitor and align with corporate IAM guidelines and maintain risk controls.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Industrial, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología o similares; Postgrado en Ciencias de la Computación, Finanzas y afines.
• Experiencia de 4-5 años en puestos similares.
• Dominio de Inglés: C1.
• Conocimientos de lineamientos IAM y regulaciones locales y de riesgos de TI.
• Habilidades en Análisis, Comunicación, Gestión de Conflictos, Aprendizaje Continuo, Servicio al Cliente, Ciberseguridad, Respaldo de Datos, Pensamiento Innovador, Configuración de redes y sistemas, Solución de Problemas.

Nice to Have

• Legislación bancaria, CIAM, CAMS (desirable).
