About the Role Microsoft is seeking an AI Workforce Specialist in Japan (Early in Profession) to help bring AI capabilities to SMEs and public sector customers. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and digital solutions, building community and accelerating talent development in Japan. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with executives and IT leaders in SME&C to align AI initiatives with business goals in Japan.
- Partner with Microsoft Digital Sales and Solutions teams to promote AI capabilities and customer-centric digital solutions.
- Help build and nurture a community around AI adoption, capability development, and customer engagement. What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in AI and digital solutions, with ability to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Based in Tokyo and able to work on-site 3 days per week.
