About the Role Microsoft is seeking an AI Workforce Digital Specialist Manager to lead initiatives that leverage AI to transform the way teams work. This role focuses on designing and delivering digital solutions that empower the workforce and drive measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of AI-enabled workforce programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to define goals and deliverables
- Define requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics; drive program governance, risk management, and execution
- Manage stakeholders, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities and timelines
- Mentor and develop team members, evangelize AI-powered processes, and ensure governance and compliance across initiatives What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in AI-enabled digital transformation, program management, or related field
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of enterprise technology landscape; experience with Microsoft ecosystems is a plus
