In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of AI-powered video production, utilizing cutting-edge tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, and Midjourney. You will be responsible for the entire video pipeline, from concept and script development to image generation, motion design, editing, and final audio integration.

This is a hands-on production role where your creative judgment and technical skills will directly impact campaign performance across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as on our website.

You will collaborate closely with a talented team, including the Director of Marketing, fellow AI Video Creators, UI/UX Designers, and Digital Marketing Assistants, to ensure our video assets are not only visually compelling but also highly effective in driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate hooks into static visual worlds using AI image generation tools.
• Apply motion and emotion to generated images using AI video tools.
• Edit video content aggressively for audience retention using post-production software.
• Layer AI voiceovers, music, and sound design to create compelling audio experiences.
• Produce high-volume direct-response video ads for cold traffic campaigns.
• Solve character consistency challenges across multiple generated shots.
• Obsess over the first 3 seconds of ads to capture audience attention.
• Turn clinical claims, social proof, and offers into persuasive ad content.
• Produce product videos for the Puffy.com product page, focusing on realism and fidelity to the source product.
• Ensure AI-generated video elements are indistinguishable from real footage through compositing and color grading.
• Iterate on video assets based on performance data, including CTR, hold rates, and drop-off points.
• Diagnose the gap between click and purchase to inform creative improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated direct-response portfolio with a focus on driving action.

• Proven ability to maintain coherent characters, environments, and visual details across multiple generated shots.

• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance, or similar.

• Strong AI image-generation fundamentals with tools like Midjourney, Flux, or similar.

• Proficiency in post-production software such as Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

• Proficiency in audio synthesis, music, and sound design for performance creative.

• Understanding of direct-response principles including hooks, pacing, problem/solution structure, proof, offers, and calls to action.

• Ability to create and iterate multiple assets efficiently.

• Strong quality judgment for generated footage.

• Experience in DTC or e-commerce performance marketing is an advantage.

• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks is an advantage.

• Experience creating video specifically for e-commerce product pages is an advantage.
