What You'll Do

Lead AI transformation initiatives and participate in the AI Leaders Lab.

Build and launch a chatbot using Zapier's Chatbots builder.

Train your chatbot with your content and knowledge sources, adding FAQs, docs, and public links so it can provide accurate answers instantly—responding just like you would.

Add knowledge, customize, collect leads, share, analyze, and train your chatbot with your content.

Integrate with 8,000+ apps to create robust support and lead-management workflows.

What We're Looking For

In charge of AI Transformation at your company and passionate about scaling customer interactions with AI.

Interest in no-code automation and AI-powered chatbots to improve support and lead generation.

Ability to build, train, and manage chatbots and related workflows.

Nice to Have

Experience with Zapier or similar no-code automation platforms.

Familiarity with training chatbots using organizational knowledge sources.

Comfort with integrating multiple apps (8,000+ apps).
