About the Role Marex is seeking an AI Transformation Lead within Compliance to drive strategic AI initiatives that improve regulatory oversight, risk assessment, and operational efficiency across Marex's compliance functions. What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of AI and data science projects in the Compliance domain, aligning with regulatory requirements and Marex strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, architecture, and governance for AI-enabled solutions.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets, and risk, ensuring robust change management and adoption across teams. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives in financial services or regulated industries.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance landscape, data privacy, and risk management.
- Technical familiarity with data platforms, ML tooling, and governance frameworks. Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Marex's product areas, risk controls, or surveillance systems.
