The work
You will review AI-generated responses and help improve how well they serve individual users. The work involves comparing two answers, choosing the stronger one, and explaining your decision when the differences are subtle.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide written feedback.
- Compare two responses and decide which better serves the user.
- Explain and defend your quality judgments clearly.
- Use Singaporean Mandarin vocabulary, expressions, and usage when assessing responses.
- Give feedback that helps AI systems produce more personalized answers.
- Complete tasks independently at your own pace.
What it pays and takes
This is ongoing, project-based remote work that you can complete asynchronously alongside other commitments. No previous AI training experience is required.
- Pay: Up to $30 per hour.
- Location: Remote work from the United States.
- Schedule: No fixed schedule or minimum weekly hour requirement.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin as used in Singapore.
- English: At least B2-level proficiency for platform content, instructions, and training materials.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Communication: Ability to explain language and quality judgments clearly.
- Judgment: Comfortable forming and defending preferences between AI-generated responses.
- Work style: Able to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.
