Hightouch is seeking an AI Strategy Consultant for a remote role in North America. This position supports enterprise brands in driving AI-powered marketing transformation by partnering with engineers, marketers, and executives on high-impact AI projects. The ideal candidate has experience in MarTech, customer data platforms, customer strategy, or technical consulting, and brings a data-oriented mindset. Knowledge of data tooling such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus. The role is open to candidates authorized to work in North America and offers a salary range of $170,000–$200,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketers, and executives to define and execute AI-powered marketing transformation initiatives
- Contribute to high-impact AI projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Apply expertise in MarTech, CDPs, and customer strategy to shape AI strategy and recommendations
- Leverage data tools and technical know-how to support analyses and project implementation as needed
Requirements
- Experience in MarTech, customer data platforms, customer strategy, or technical consulting
- Bonus: knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data tools
- Authorized to work in North America
- Comfortable working in a remote capacity and collaborating with enterprise brands
