Position summary
Merjent, Inc. (Merjent) is seeking a motivated AI Specialist to help advance the practical use of artificial intelligence across the company. Working closely with the AI Director, this position will help Merjent's 300+ employees understand, adopt, and effectively use AI tools in their day-to-day work while identifying opportunities to improve business processes, automate repetitive work, and better organize and leverage institutional knowledge.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys understanding how work gets done, identifying opportunities to make it better, and helping people successfully adopt new technology. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver and communicator who can work comfortably with both technical and non-technical colleagues and who is excited to learn new AI tools and methods.
