AI Solutions & Innovation Specialist
We are looking for an AI Application Engineer/Specialist to help identify and apply the latest AI tools and technologies to improve business workflows and automation.
We are looking for someone who understands AI deeply, is an advanced user of tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, and can combine technical knowledge with strong business analysis and consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business users to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
- Explore and apply the latest AI tools, models and capabilities to practical business use cases.
- Act as an AI subject matter expert and support the adoption and effective use of AI solutions.
- Evaluate new AI trends, products and upgrades and assess their potential business applications.
- Help manage AI agents, workflows and knowledge resources.
- Work with technical teams where required to implement and improve AI solutions.
- Share AI knowledge, best practices and new developments with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology, AI, consulting, business analysis or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to business processes, workflow automation and productivity.
- Technical background with the ability to understand and work with code, APIs or technical concepts, but does not need to be a hardcore developer.
- Strong analytical, communication and consultative skills.
- Curious and passionate about AI, with a strong interest in keeping up with the latest AI trends and developments.
- Experience in fintech, financial services or technology companies is preferred.
