The Role at a Glance

This role applies advanced knowledge of AI, analytics, reporting, data, and automation to lead complex projects and develop scalable solutions within established business priorities. The role works with leaders and cross-functional partners to clarify needs, recommend approaches, coordinate delivery, and improve processes, reporting, decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, and executing complex AI, analytics, reporting, and automation opportunities.
  • Facilitating business discovery and requirements-gathering workshops and translating business objectives into analytical, reporting, automation, AI, and technology requirements.
  • Building and managing a portfolio of AI, automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
  • Leading AI use cases from concept through implementation, adoption, measurement, and value realization.
  • Designing and optimizing AI-enabled workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Claude Code, and other approved enterprise AI technologies, applying sound judgment and established governance standards.
  • Developing reusable prompts, prompt libraries, workflow templates, automation components, and solution assets that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Documenting models, prompts, workflows, business rules, controls, and solution designs to support reproducibility, auditability, maintenance, and compliance with governance expectations.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining complex data models, dashboards, scorecards, performance metrics, and reporting solutions that provide reliable and actionable business insights.
  • Developing executive and operational reporting that communicates trends, risks, opportunities, capacity constraints, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Analyzing large, complex, and incomplete datasets; resolving data and reporting issues where precedent may not exist and recommending practical improvements to processes, controls, and services.
  • Partnering with Technology and Data & Analytics teams to define integration requirements and implementing scalable reporting solutions that combine information from enterprise platforms and source systems.
  • Translating fragmented business processes, disparate data sources, and reporting needs into reusable business definitions, mapping rules, data models, and governed reporting assets.
  • Providing subject matter guidance to stakeholders and project participants, explaining complex concepts, and sharing reusable practices that strengthen solution quality and adoption.
  • Leading the work of small project teams as assigned, coordinating tasks, providing guidance, and supporting delivery against project objectives and departmental priorities.

What we’re looking for

Must Have:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 5+ Years Experience directly aligned to the duties of the role, including analytics, business intelligence, reporting, AI solutions, automation, data solutions, operational excellence, enterprise services, consulting, or related disciplines. (Required)

The pay range for this position is $106,875 - $171,000 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
