About the Role Lead IC-wide data management programs aligned with the IC Data Strategy. Develop and execute strategic plans to advance data governance, metadata management, and data sharing across IC elements. Coordinate with IC Chief Data Officers, mission owners, and technology leaders to align data initiatives with enterprise priorities.
What You'll Do
- Lead IC-wide data management programs aligned with the IC Data Strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance data governance, metadata management, and data sharing across IC elements.
- Coordinate with IC Chief Data Officers, mission owners, and technology leaders to align data initiatives with enterprise priorities.
- Manage program milestones, budgets, and reporting in accordance with IC Capability Requirements and acquisition processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across ODNI, DoD, and other IC agencies to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Support workforce development initiatives to improve data literacy and promote a data-centric culture.
- Monitor compliance with IC Directives (e.g., ICD 501, ICD 504, ICD 505) and ensure integration with the IC IT Ecosystem and Services of Common Concern (SoCC).
What We're Looking For
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, data governance, or enterprise architecture within the IC or federal government.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or policy-related field.
- PMP, PgMP
