Job title: AI Product Owner

About the Role AI Product Owner at Solventum leads the development of world-class medical coding software, partnering with data scientists and engineers to improve chart readiness and client automation. You will translate business needs into actionable product requirements and drive delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with team members, product owners and other stakeholders to build world class medical coding software.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness.
• Lead a team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation.
• Evaluate team member recommendations, provide detailed feedback and assess improvements.
• Report to internal stakeholders on progress and accomplishments of the team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment, OR High School Diploma/GED and fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment.
• 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications.
• 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science.
• 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive product outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 143,200 - 196,900 per year (base pay plus variable incentive pay where eligible).
