- Actuar como puente entre Negocio, tecnología y data/IA, asegurando que las iniciativas priorizadas generan valor tangible y sostenible.
- Entender junto a los Process Owner los procesos de negocio (Operaciones, Mantenimiento, Planificación, etc.) e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
