About the Role
As an AI Platform Solutions Engineer at Suki, you will help customers accelerate their AI roadmap by embedding Suki's AI capabilities directly into their applications, from EHRs and telehealth to care management and revenue cycle. Your work enables faster delivery of AI-powered features, higher user adoption, and a continuously evolving AI stack that keeps customers ahead of the curve.
What You'll Do

Partner with healthcare organizations to integrate Suki's AI into clinical and administrative workflows across 100+ specialties, tailoring to doctors, nurses, and staff.

Accelerate time-to-value by skipping long development cycles and enabling AI-powered features to launch faster while preserving user experience.

Drive adoption and reduce burnout by optimizing flows that cut documentation time and improve practitioner satisfaction (these outcomes reflect Suki's published metrics of a 41% reduction in documentation time and 81% increase in practice satisfaction).

Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to translate customer needs into scalable integration plans that align with users' workflows.

Leverage Suki for Nurses and the Nursing Consortium to embed AI solutions that ease administrative burden on nurses.

What We're Looking For

Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into healthcare platforms, with familiarity of EHRs, telehealth, care management, and revenue cycle workflows.

Ability to communicate customer needs to cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, practical AI integration.

Interest in multi-specialty support and adapting AI workflows to diverse clinical domains.
