Role Overview

This organization is seeking a senior-level AI Platform Engineer to lead the technical design, development, and end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise-level Generative AI platform and its business use cases. The successful candidate will design architectural approaches that integrate artificial intelligence software and hardware, with a strong focus on quality, performance, resilience, and reusability. This role requires collaboration with key business and technology stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions that align with global organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end implementation of the enterprise GenAI platform and related business use cases.

• Develop architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration, emphasizing performance, scalability, and resiliency.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver aligned technical solutions.

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-priority technical solutions on time and within scope.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks across the entire software development life cycle.

• Establish standards and implement automation to improve end-to-end SDLC efficiency.

• Mentor team members in technical design, coding proficiency, and development best practices.

• Address regulatory and performance-driven requirements for regional and localized infrastructure.

• Conduct research and prototyping to evaluate new technologies and enhance overall platform capabilities.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Experience: Seven or more years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing multi-tier and microservices application platforms. Demonstrated experience leading delivery for functionally diverse and geographically dispersed teams is required.

• Technical Skills

• High coding proficiency in Python and Unix scripting is required, alongside at least one year of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, and large-scale structured and unstructured dataset processing is essential. Candidates must also possess familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, as well as backend frameworks like FastAPI.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing advanced data analytics and AI solutions.

• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques and tools for building agentic solutions.
