AI-Native Developer (AI Builder)
We are seeking an AI-Native Developer (AI Builder) to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions used by real users, with a strong emphasis on practical experience in AI/ML and integrations.
- 3+ years of software development/engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Proven experience building and shipping solutions used by real users.
- Strong programming skills, particularly Python and/or another modern language.
- Experience with AI applications, APIs, databases and integrations.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents or related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership and delivery mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with D365, business process automation, Finance/AP, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, document intelligence, AI agents or cloud platforms.
