About this role

Our client is looking for a tech-savvy, resourceful AI Lead Generation Specialist to build and run automated systems that find, extract and organise high-quality leads from across the web. You will use AI tools and agents to keep our sales team supplied with qualified prospects.

Design, build and manage AI-powered workflows and agents that collect data from multiple websites and online sources
Identify and extract leads such as corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, tour groups, and individuals showing travel intent
Clean, verify, deduplicate and enrich lead data (contact details, company information, travel interests)
Organise leads in our CRM or spreadsheets and hand them to the sales team in a ready-to-use format
Set up automated pipelines and monitoring so data collection is accurate, consistent and scalable
Continuously test new AI tools, prompts and automation methods to improve lead quality and speed
Track performance metrics (lead volume, accuracy, conversion rates) and report weekly
Ensure all data collection follows website terms of service and data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA)

B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field (relevant experience may substitute)
2+ years’ experience in lead generation, data extraction, web research or marketing automation
Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, AI browser agents, n8n, Make, Zapier)
Experience with web scraping and data extraction tools (e.g. Apify, Phantombuster, Octoparse, Python/BeautifulSoup is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Strong research skills, attention to detail and data accuracy
Good understanding of data privacy, ethics and compliance
Knowledge of the travel, tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage.
