What You'll Do
- Help design and govern the use of AI throughout the interview process, ensuring transparency when AI is used and facilitating discussion on how candidates think about AI-assisted work.
- Facilitate live and take-home interviews where candidates may be asked to use an AI model of their choice and to demonstrate how AI supports their workflow in prospecting, research, messaging, or engineering tasks depending on the role.
- Help create questions, scenarios, and Screen Projects that reflect relevant skills and leverage AI to improve quality and speed, while maintaining human accountability in decision making.
- Use AI tools to summarize submissions, take notes, and prepare call notes for interviewer review, while ensuring context and depth are preserved.
- Advise candidates on how to access and practice with AI models within the CoderPad environment (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta) via free trials.
What We're Looking For
- Comfort with AI and proficiency using AI tools, and the ability to discuss trade-offs, limitations, and reasoning behind AI-enabled approaches during interviews.
- Ability to craft questions and scenarios that meaningfully assess candidate skills and AI literacy, and to explain answers with depth and critical thinking beyond AI outputs.
- Strong communication, judgment, and collaboration skills to balance AI assistance with human evaluation.
- Familiarity with evaluating how candidates use AI responsibly and effectively in a workflow.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with leading AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta) and experience using multiple AI providers; comfort with signing up for free trials.
- Experience with interview design for Sales, Marketing, or Product/Engineering roles is a plus as described in the posting.
