Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Image Designer to join our dynamic, AI-first organization. This role is crucial for shaping the visual identity of a leading e-commerce brand, ensuring AI-generated imagery meets production standards and enhances our creative output.

You will be responsible for art direction over AI-generated creative assets and establishing the production standards that the wider Design team will adhere to. Key Responsibilities

• Own AI image generation for a $1Billion+ e-commerce brand.
• Ensure AI-generated imagery is consistent enough to be the production route, not just an experiment.
• Provide art direction over Puffy's AI-generated creative.
• Establish production standards for AI creative for the wider Design team.
• Collaborate with the top 1% of global talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI image generation and art direction.

• Ability to establish and maintain production standards for creative assets.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce visual requirements.

• Proven track record of shipping creative work as production, not proof of concept.

• Experience working with generative-image tools.
