Job title: AI Engineering Manager
Chamberlain Group is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams building AI capabilities that power intelligent, connected home experiences. This US-based leadership role manages a distributed team responsible for real-time data serving infrastructure, the agentic interface and LLM orchestration layer, and ML models that detect anomalies and surface insights for customers. The role works with cross-functional teams across architecture, product, AI/ML Ops, and the Video Intelligence team to deliver the platform as a unified source of truth.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow engineering teams focused on AI capabilities powering real-time data serving infrastructure for personalized, low-latency experiences.
- Oversee the agentic interface and LLM orchestration layer enabling intelligent interactions with customers.
- Guide the development of machine learning models that detect anomalies and surface insights to keep customers informed and in control of their connected home.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across architecture, product, AI/ML Ops, and the Video Intelligence team to deliver the platform as a unified source of truth.
- Mentor engineers, define roadmaps, and drive delivery of high-impact features that scale across distributed environments.
What We're Looking For

- Strong background in AI capabilities, real-time data serving, and ML model development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architecture, product, AI/ML Ops, and Video Intelligence teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Passion for building reliable, scalable platforms that power personalized customer experiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with AI/ML Ops and Video Intelligence teams.
- Familiarity with real-time streaming data pipelines and LLM orchestration.
