About the Role VALCE Talent Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to join our growing team and solve exciting engineering problems in the semiconductor space. This remote role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to bring AI solutions to production. What You'll Do
- Design and Develop ML Models for high impact engineering solutions.
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex problems using NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. Knowledge of Python, PyTorch, agentic frameworks, LangChain, RAG, and ability to deploy on cloud or on-premise compute.
- Data Collection and Preprocessing: Python preprocessing for structured and unstructured data (numeric, images, videos and documents).
- Feature Engineering: Identify, extract, and transform relevant features from raw data to improve model performance and interpretability.
- Model Evaluation and Monitoring: Assess model accuracy and robustness using statistics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, product managers, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to bring AI solutions to production. What We're Looking For
- Passionate, hands-on AI/ML engineer with a drive to solve challenging problems.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch; experience with LangChain, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
- Experience in NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to collect, preprocess, and engineer features from structured and unstructured data; familiarity with cloud or on-prem deployments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have
- Experience in the semiconductor domain.
- Familiarity with end-to-end ML production pipelines and deployment in cloud or on-prem environments. Compensation & Benefits
