Role Overview:
- Lead a team of 2–3 engineers while remaining hands-on in AI engineering projects.
- Focus on large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), speech AI, and production machine learning systems.
- Own the AI layer powering real-time voice conversations, including speech and LLM integration, conversational intelligence, and call analytics.
- Shape production architecture and drive improvements in model accuracy, latency, and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain systems that enterprise customers depend on for voice AI applications.
This role offers the opportunity to build production-grade Voice AI solutions from the ground up while taking on technical leadership responsibilities.
