AI Engineer | Senior (Hybrid/SP)

Responsibilities and assignments

• Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida 1 vez por semana em São Paulo;
• Desenvolver soluções de Inteligência Artificial e automação de ponta a ponta;
• Atuar de forma hands-on, desde o entendimento das necessidades do negócio até o desenho, desenvolvimento e implantação das soluções;
• Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA Generativa e automação em processos corporativos;
• Desenvolver agentes de IA, chatbots, copilots e soluções baseadas em RAG;
• Construir workflows e automações inteligentes, integrando diferentes sistemas, APIs e plataformas;
• Trabalhar com arquiteturas de IA Generativa, LLMs e LLMOps, buscando soluções robustas, seguras e escaláveis;
• Interagir com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio, traduzindo necessidades em soluções técnicas.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experiência com IA Generativa, LLMs, agentes de IA e RAG;

• Conhecimento em LangChain, CrewAI, LangFlow e/ou outros frameworks de IA;

• Experiência com n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio e/ou ferramentas de automação;

• Conhecimento em Python, SQL, APIs REST, Webhooks e JSON;

• Experiência com Prompt Engineering e LLMOps; diferencial em fine-tuning;

• Conhecimento em AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI e/ou Azure OpenAI;

• Experiência com integração de sistemas e desenvolvimento de workflows automatizados.
