AI Engineer
Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Engineer within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) AI Center of Excellence. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and operationalize Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. These solutions will deliver measurable value across supply chain operations. You will own solutions end-to-end for defined use cases and apply strong technical judgment to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and adopted in production.
You will report to the Senior Director, Digital Transformation and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities: GenAI Solution Ownership Design and develop GenAI applications, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agent-based workflows, with supporting Python automation where appropriate. Select appropriate models, tools, and frameworks based on quality, latency, cost, and security requirements. Own solutions from design through production deployment for assigned use cases spanning document intelligence, knowledge assistants, and process automation. Architecture & Quality Define solution architectures aligned with Rockwell's Azure AI platform standards, enterprise guardrails, and ISC data governance requirements.
