About the Role AI Solutions Engineer to design, build intelligent apps, and operationalize AI-powered search experiences and autonomous/assisted agents using Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end AI search and agent systems that scale across Medline’s solutions.
- Build ingestion pipelines, chunking, and metadata enrichment for feeding AI models.
- Leverage Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning to develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent experiences.
- Work with Azure cloud services (App Service, AKS, Key Vault, Monitor, DevOps) and monitor performance (latency, token optimization, embeddings, caching).
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize embeddings for quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to operationalize AI-powered search experiences and autonomous/assisted agents using Microsoft AI tools.
- Integrate Power Platform (Power Automate) for workflow automation.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of full-stack experience in the .NET ecosystem.
- 2-4 years of hands-on AI engineering experience.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, embeddings, and Azure AI Search (vector/hybrid search, reranking).
- Experience with Azure Machine Learning and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Proficiency with Power Platform, specifically Power Automate.
- Nice to have: Microsoft Graph API & M365 integration; Foundry.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture (App Service, AKS, Key Vault, Monitor, DevOps).
- Strong engineering skills, performance tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
