About the Role As an AI & Data Decision Science Manager, you will lead end-to-end data science and AI initiatives focused on decision support, blending technical acumen with strategic leadership to drive value for clients. You will manage onshore and offshore teams, bridge business and technical domains, and work across Accenture’s network to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions. What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics initiatives / programs
- Manage teams both onshore and offshore across Data Science & Machine Learning
- Bridge between business and technical domains (internal and external)
- Engage with business and analytics stakeholders to build and maintain relationships
- Lead the sales process, originate, and lead sales solutioning for Data Science & Machine Learning opportunities
- Customize Data Science / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence / Analytics models and solutions for specific business problems within an industry or function
- Collaborate across Accenture’s network and partner with strategy, consulting, and tech teams in the sales and delivery processes
- Develop Data Science/Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence talent within the organization
- Identify AI use cases, build business case, determine ROI, and create the transformation roadmap; advise on responsible AI adoption and governance
- Travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights
- 5+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
- 5+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
- 5+ years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help
- Proven track record of delivering successful AI or data science projects and teams
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AI Native and cloud platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
- Knowledge of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems is highly desirable
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in sales and business development
- Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
- Excellent leadership and people skills: ability to build effective teams and foster collaboration
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Compensation & Benefits
