About the Role Marlabs is a leading provider of AI, data, and digital product engineering services. This role supports customers in discovering AI value, designing governance, and delivering data-driven products and autonomous automation. You’ll work within cross-functional teams to turn strategic AI opportunities into tangible enterprise gains.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on AI discovery and strategy engagements to identify opportunities, limitations, and actionable roadmaps.
- Help implement AI solutions with guardrails, governance, and human oversight to ensure trust and reliability.
- Contribute to data strategy, governance, and data engineering to create clean, trustworthy data assets.
- Support digital product engineering, application development, and modernization initiatives that leverage AI and automation.
- Partner with teams to align AI initiatives with business value and measurable outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Interest/experience in AI, data, cloud, IoT, and automation services.
- Understanding of data management, governance, architecture, and analytics; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with AI governance, AI transformation, and AI discovery & strategy concepts is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with agentic AI, AI governance, and AI transformation frameworks.
- Experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions across data, product engineering, and cloud.
