About the Role Marlabs delivers AI, data, cloud and automation solutions to help maximize enterprise value. This role contributes to AI discovery, strategy, governance, development, and data engineering to engineer scalable, data-driven products and digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply AI, data and cloud capabilities, including AI discovery & strategy, AI governance, AI development, and AI transformation, to drive business value.
- Contribute to Digital Product Engineering (DPE), Data-as-a-Product, data strategy, data governance, and data management initiatives.
- Build and integrate data pipelines, analytics, and intelligent automation within applications and platforms.
- Support DevOps, cloud engineering, ERP/CRM modernization, and platform development to deliver maintainable, user-centric solutions.
- Help organizations adopt AI through agentic & interactive AI solutions and responsible governance.
What We're Looking For
- Experience or familiarity with AI Discovery & Strategy, AI Development, AI Governance, and AI Transformation within enterprise contexts.
- Strong understanding of data strategy, governance, management, engineering, and advanced analytics; data-as-a-product mindset.
- Ability to architect scalable data and AI-enabled solutions; comfort with cloud, IoT, ERP/CRM, and platform thinking.
- Collaborative, with curiosity about transformation and a focus on delivering business value.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Agentic & Interactive AI, AI Agility, AI Evolution frameworks, and AI governance at scale.
- Experience across Cloud, ERP & CRM, Cloud Engineering, Digital Infrastructure, and Edge/IoT.
- Familiarity with Digital Product Engineering (DPE) approaches and product management practices.
