About the Role Marlabs is seeking an AI & Data Solutions Architect to help organizations maximize enterprise value through AI, data, and digital product engineering. You will engage across AI discovery, governance, and transformation, helping clients implement AI responsibly while delivering measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead AI Discovery & Strategy engagements to identify opportunities, limitations, and roadmap for AI adoption.
- Design and govern data strategies including Data Governance, Data Management, Data Engineering, and Data-as-a-Product practices.
- Architect and deliver Digital Product Engineering, Application Development, and Application Modernization initiatives.
- Implement AI Development, Agentic & Interactive AI, AI Governance, and AI Transformation programs aligned to business value.
- Collaborate on Cloud, ERP & CRM, IoT, and DevOps practices to deploy scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Build analytics capabilities including Advanced Analytics to derive actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in AI, data, and analytics with exposure to data strategy, governance, management, and engineering.
- Familiarity with Cloud, DevOps, Digital Product Engineering, and modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to translate business value into AI-enabled capabilities and to work across large enterprise programs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agentic AI, AI Discovery & Strategy, AI Governance frameworks and AI Transformation programs.
- Knowledge of ERP & CRM integrations, IoT, and platform engineering.
