About the Role Marlabs is seeking talent to join its AI, data, and digital product engineering practice. This role focuses on delivering AI-enabled transformations, data-rich insights, and intelligent automation that align with business value across industries.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on AI discovery & strategy engagements to understand business value, readiness, and implementation pathways.
- Design and develop agentic and cognitive AI solutions, AI-enabled workflows, and automation to enhance customer experience and productivity.
- Implement data strategy, governance, management, and engineering to create clean, trustworthy, and AI-ready data assets.
- Lead digital product engineering and application development to deliver user-centric software with modern architectures (cloud, DevOps, modernizations).
- Support AI governance and transformation initiatives, embedding guardrails, human oversight, and measurable value.
- Partner across cloud, platform, data, and product teams to accelerate delivery and ensure scalable impact.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering AI and data solutions across AI discovery & strategy, AI development, governance, and transformation, plus data strategy, governance, management, engineering, and analytics.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable data/AI products and pipelines; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud, DevOps, cloud migration, and modern software engineering practices.
