About the Role Marlabs is seeking an AI & Data Engineering professional to help design, build, and govern data and AI solutions that maximize enterprise value. This role spans AI discovery & strategy, development, governance, and transformation to help clients become AI-powered while reducing risk and manual effort. What You'll Do
- Engage in AI discovery & strategy engagements to map business value to AI solutions.
- Design, develop, govern, and deploy data and AI platforms and products (Data-as-a-Product) with guardrails and human oversight.
- Architect data strategies, governance, management, and engineering efforts to enable trusted insights.
- Lead Digital Product Engineering, application development, modernization, and DevOps initiatives across cloud and ERP/CRM ecosystems.
- Build agentic AI capabilities to augment the digital workforce and improve customer experience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and adoption. What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering data and AI programs across data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI development.
- Knowledge of data governance, data management, data quality, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery.
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions and governance policies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI governance frameworks, AI transformation programs, and AI discovery methodologies.
- Background in ERP & CRM implementations and integration.
