About the Role Marlabs offers a broad suite of AI, data, cloud, and digital product engineering services intended to help enterprises maximize AI value and transform operations. The role would involve engaging with clients across AI discovery, strategy, governance, transformation, data strategy and governance, data management, engineering, analytics, and platform development to deliver integrated, scalable solutions. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to define AI and data strategy aligned to business value using Marlabs' AI Discovery & Strategy framework.
- Design, build, and deploy data platforms and AI-enabled applications, from data engineering to advanced analytics and product engineering.
- Implement governance, risk management, and human oversight across AI initiatives to ensure trustworthy, scalable solutions.
- Partner with cloud engineering, DevOps, and digital product teams to modernize applications and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Apply Agentic & Interactive AI capabilities to augment workforces and improve customer experiences. What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in AI, data strategy, governance, and cloud-based product engineering.
- Understanding of data management, data governance, data engineering, and analytics.
- Familiarity with DevOps, agile methodologies, and user-centric product design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have
