The agent handles conversations in your company's voice while you control when human agents step in. It can be tested and customized before going live and scaled to match your team's pace.
What You'll Do
- Qualify prospects and book meetings without manual work.
- Handle support conversations from start to finish so your team can focus on what needs a human touch.
- Respond with context and care, drawing on each customer's history and past conversations.
- Test responses before going live, customize behavior, and scale how many conversations it handles — with preview replies and set working hours.
- Transfer conversations to a human when needed.
- Support conversations across chat, email, voice, and social.
- Track performance: issues resolved, meetings booked, and resources driving results. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
