AI Consultant (Engagement Lead)
Full-time Remote (Canada) CA$120,000–CA$160,000 / year CURRENT OPENING
You're the owner of the client relationship and the engagement P&L. You run discovery, shape the funded proposal, lead delivery with the build team, and make sure the client gets a measurable result — using Adwaizer's delivery method.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run discovery and diagnosis; identify and prioritize the highest-value AI opportunity.

Shape proposals and SOWs, including the funding path (BDC LIFT / RAII).

Lead delivery: plan, status, change control, risk — keep engagements on time and on value.

Be the client's trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

Drive adoption and prove value against baseline metrics at closeout.

Identify expansion opportunities and grow the account.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

4+ years in consulting, delivery, or product — owning outcomes with clients.

Strong enough on AI to scope and challenge technical work (you don't need to build it).

Excellent written and verbal communication; credible with executives.

Disciplined on scope, timelines, and commercial outcomes.

Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.

Based in Canada and eligible to work here.

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with Canadian SME funding programs (BDC LIFT, RAII / regional agencies).

Experience selling or scoping fixed-scope engagements.

Background in a specific vertical (financial services, manufacturing, healthcare).
