We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience with data who knows their way around a data governance framework, and who has already taken a step further with AI. Even a personal project counts, like an agent you built to do your grocery shopping. What matters is that you’ve built something, you’re excited about it, and you want to take it further.

What you’ll be doing:

• Look at client processes running on top of their data platforms and spot where AI automation makes sense
• Build the business case, including expected return, so clients know whether an initiative is worth it
• Define what an AI solution or agent should do, and where it should stop
• Help clients choose and configure the right models
• Set up the policies, security, and processes that keep AI safe and functional in production
• Get the data AI-ready: quality, domains, data contracts, and data products
• Drive model adoption together with the teams who deploy and use the solution
• Work with technical and business stakeholders at every level
• Share knowledge through internal sessions, webinars, and tech talks, and keep learning new tools and certifications

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with data: you know how a data warehouse works and what a transformation is
• Practical data governance exposure: you’ve fixed data quality, built a data dictionary, or know the DG frameworks
• An AI project behind you, even your own: a chatbot POC or an agent you built end to end and iterated on until it ran by itself (real hours, not just prompt tinkering)
• The ability to turn an idea into a business case with numbers
• Excellent communication across IT and business
• Fluent Czech, English on at least B2 level
• Curiosity and the drive to learn what you don’t know yet
• A model you’ve deployed yourself is the cherry on top
