What You'll Do
- Answer tickets and assist customers with AI automation using Zapier
- Enrich leads, score and centralize leads, and uncover sales leads
- Help teams onboard employees and resolve IT tickets
- Coach sales calls and support sales reps
- Repurpose content, simplify concepts, and generate posts
- Research leads and assist shoppers
- Use templates to automate common tasks and workflows
- Explore automation possibilities across 9,000+ apps
What We're Looking For
- Interest in automation, AI, and building scalable workflows
- Comfort with learning new templates and AI features
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer support, sales, IT, or related roles is a plus
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Zapier or other automation platforms
- Experience with CRM tools or Salesforce
