Job title: AI Automation Professional – Teaching (Full-Time)

About the Role TripleTen is seeking experienced AI Automation professionals to mentor and guide students along their journey to becoming professional developers. This is a full-time teaching role (~40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule and remote collaboration across the U.S. and Latin America, aimed at helping students master new tech careers.

What You'll Do

• Mentor students through 1:1 video calls, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and guiding assignment work.
• Support students in live “Q&A style” sessions, helping them navigate immediate questions.
• Host webinars and group educational events covering program content, extracurricular skills, and industry knowledge; participate in New Student Orientation when needed.
• Review and assess student projects in line with program standards; provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Engage with students on the TripleTen Hub, offering written guidance and ongoing communication.
• Share your professional expertise and industry practices to help students build career-ready insights and strategies.
• Create and curate educational resources within the TripleTen Hub to enhance learning and accessibility.
• Foster a collaborative learning community, encouraging student interaction and building a sense of belonging.
• Host Mock Technical Interviews and provide constructive feedback on both technical responses and interview skills.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within marketing, tech, or customer success.
• Solid understanding of business process improvement, with working knowledge of how AI and automation can streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students.
• Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development.
• Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Nice to Have

• Experience working directly with stakeholders or clients to identify needs, pitch solutions, and drive adoption of automation tools.
