About the Role AI Associate is an AI agent that runs your workflow across your firm's systems. It connects to your CRM, email, planning tools, and documents so you can ask questions and take action in one place, with every action requiring your approval to ensure compliance.
What You'll Do
- Ask questions and take action in a single conversation to update records, draft emails, assign tasks, and schedule meetings, all while your approvals guard every step.
- Retrieve and synthesize data across CRM contacts, financial plans, portfolio positions, custody records, and meeting transcripts without toggling between apps.
- Perform cross-system research and deliver a fully developed brief that combines data from meetings, planning tools, and portfolio systems.
- Gain meeting intelligence by surfacing what a client said about retirement timelines, risk appetite, or concerns raised in prior meetings, with sources.
- Use Book-of-Business Intelligence to spot trends across your client base and take immediate action.
- All actions occur within a controlled conversation that your firm authorizes and that adheres to Jump's enterprise security standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with connecting to and querying data across CRM, meetings, financial plans, portfolios, and documents.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into a single, coherent brief.
- Strong emphasis on compliance and security; actions are limited to connected systems and require your approval.
