What will your day-to-day look like?

• Lead and design innovation in AI: lead the creation of innovative AI solutions, designing and developing cutting-edge technologies that redefine business capabilities. Participate in debates about architectures and design AI systems that ensure smooth deployment and scalability across industries.
• Identify opportunities: analyze emerging AI technologies and generative AI trends to discover new opportunities in projects.
• Design POCs: develop and coordinate AI generative proofs of concept, integrating the latest technologies into business transformer models.
• Improve AI integration: drive the incorporation of generative AI into data solutions to improve personalization, automation and decision making. Internally, work with teams to develop compelling business proposals, refine our AI value proposition and foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Emergent AI models for business optimization: integrate cutting-edge AI models, including Topological Deep Learning, neuro-symbolic AI and causal discovery, to optimize current AI systems and unlock new business opportunities.
• Drive strategic roadmaps: oversee activities and deliverables to ensure alignment with SDG's strategic vision.
• Participate in intellectual leadership: represent SDG at marketing and technology events, showcasing the latest advances in AI and data solutions.
• AI Innovation Radar Workshop: explore future trends in AI, data technologies, business and infrastructure with information on emergent innovations, tools and frameworks.

What will make you succeed in this position?

• Technical degree: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and/or similar fields.
• Professional experience: at least 5 years of experience in AI architecture and/or engineering. Theoretical and practical experience in data science fundamentals, solution lifecycle and AIOps methodologies.
• Cloud architecture design: experience in creating and building scalable AI system architectures for cloud platforms.
• Knowledge in Generative AI: deep understanding of AI models, including LLMs, GANs, recommender systems, transformers, and similar. Platforms such as Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, PyTorch, Hugging Face and OpenAI to develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Communication skills: high level of communication in both Spanish and English.

• Data engineer: experience in data warehouses or data lakes
• Certifications: relevant AI platform certifications
• Consulting experience: prior experience in data and analytics consulting or similar
• Participation in events: presenting latest advances in AI and data solutions
