Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI & Generative AI Solutions Manager with at least 10+ years of overall industry experience, including hands-on leadership in designing, implementing, and delivering AI driven and GenAI enabled solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), has led multiple full stack solution implementations, and can translate business needs into scalable, production ready AI products. This role will also support pre sales, contributing to solutioning, proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership.
Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of full-stack and AI engineers. Drive the architecture, design, and execution of AI-enabled digital solutions. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
