Job title: Agricultural Sales Representative
About the Role
Join Yara's Cairo sales team to create demand for our crop nutrition and fertilizer solutions, manage the end-to-end sales process, and build strong relationships with traders and farmers. You will provide technical product support, coordinate orders and payments, participate in campaigns and exhibitions, and uphold Yara's code of conduct and HESQ standards.
What You'll Do
- Create demand from the market for the company's portfolio.
- Follow up and report on competitive products in the market.
- Implement the Sales Process and adapt the company sales policy: a) Create demand; b) Receive and follow up sales orders; c) Follow up payment terms and balance collections (traders & farmers).
- Attend marketing campaigns.
- Provide technical assistance and explanations of the product range to customers.
- Prepare and submit reporting (activity plan, sales visit reports, forecast sales, etc.) to the Team Leader.
- Assist in translating customer solid fertilizer programs into liquid fertilizer formulas.
- Attend and participate in agricultural fairs and exhibitions.
- Implement product stewardship & HESQ procedures for all customers (MSDS provided to customers – Hazard & Non Hazard).
- Abide by Yara's code of conduct.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the same field.
- Experience dealing with traders & farmers and providing technical explanations to customers.
