Job description
As an Agile Test Engineer, you validate all LiveAI functionalities by designing and executing test scenarios across multiple environments, ensuring that automation features and conversational capabilities perform as expected. You are also responsible for investigating reported issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating with the team to communicate findings and drive effective resolutions.
About the Role
- Test the system end-to-end, including the user interface, backend services, and automation capabilities across all environments.
- Investigate user-reported issues — reproduce bugs, find root causes.
- Verify new features against requirements — collaborate with developers on what to test.
- Apply quick fixes in Python when possible — understand the codebase enough to locate and patch minor issues.
- Design and maintain test cases and datasets, ensuring they remain up to date and effective in validating system functionality, reliability, and overall quality.
Essential Requirements
- Understanding of software testing — creating test scenarios, reproducing issues, verifying features against requirements.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and code understanding.
- Experience with system architecture and deployment — running distributed systems locally using containerization and orchestration.
Desirable Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer and network security.
- Experience with automation platforms.
- Experience with prompt engineering and prompt jailbreaking techniques.
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

Basic wage component (brutto): from 3000 EUR/m. (brutto)
- The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
