Job title: Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead software development projects, coach teams on Agile practices and DevOps, and ensure timely, within-scope delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead and facilitate all Agile and Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective ceremonies that drive progress.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile values, Scrum practices, and DevOps mindsets to improve self-organization and delivery efficiency.
- Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments that hinder progress and impact delivery.
- Promote an adaptive Agile culture enabling teams to respond to changing requirements and priorities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and providing clear, data-driven status updates.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management or Scrum Master roles within software development projects.
- Strong practical understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall–Agile hybrid models.
- Proven experience in planning, tracking, and delivering complex software projects end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, TFS, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work closely with technical teams, with a good understanding of DevOps practices and software delivery pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide clear, data-driven status updates.
