More than a role

Salary benefits: Competitive salary, 2 days paid volunteering, Career Growth, Staff Discounts, Company Pension, Generous Holiday Allowance 5 weeks, option to buy extra week, Birthday day off, Free Parking, Health & Wellbeing programme; we’ll look after you

The Role Scope

This is more than a squad-level facilitator role. You will bridge squad-level Agile facilitation and cross-team delivery oversight, offering hands-on delivery support, managing project timelines and risks, and driving continuous improvement. You are a coach, facilitator, and project leader—equally comfortable enabling product squads, managing stakeholders, and driving end-to-end outcomes.

Role key responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery Leadership

  • Take end-to-end delivery responsibility across assigned product areas or initiatives, managing scope, schedules, resource alignment, and budgets where applicable.

  • Support quarterly planning cycles, ensuring dependencies are mapped and plans are set up for predictable delivery.

  • Provide clear, data-driven insights on delivery health, trajectory, and risks, maintaining lightweight, effective governance

Agile Coaching & Team Enablement

  • Coach squads on Agile principles and practices, tailoring frameworks adapting approaches to suit the context rather than applying frameworks rigidly

  • Monitor delivery metrics (such as cycle time and predictability) to improve flow, foster team ownership, and support continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Leadership & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day stakeholder communication, managing expectations and influencing outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Product teams, Business Analysts, and Developers to clear blockers and maintain delivery momentum across dependencies.

  • Support Product and Technology leadership with feasibility data and delivery insights to aid roadmap sequencing and prioritisation.

About You

What we’re looking for

  • Proven Delivery Track Record: Commercial experience leading agile project delivery and cross-functional technology initiatives within team environments.

  • Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in different contexts.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Proven competency in stakeholder management, comfortable influencing decisions and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • Project Management Fundamentals: Solid track record in end-to-end project management, owning timelines, risk mitigation, and tangible delivery outcomes.

  • Tooling Proficiency: Confident user of Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking, reporting, and documentation.

  • Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven, with a strong appetite to learn, take ownership, and develop within a growing delivery function.

  • Desirable: Domain experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is an advantage.

Why Join MandM?

  • Champion Delivery in a Product Operating Model: Help mature and shape delivery practices within an established Product Operating Model across our growing technology function.

  • Strong Career Growth: Benefit from a collaborative, highly supportive environment and active mentorship to help you continuously develop your delivery capability.

  • Tangible Ownership: Drive meaningful outcomes across product squads and business initiatives for one of Europe’s leading off-price retailers
