Job title: Agentic Workspace Solution Director

About the Role The Agentic Workspace Solution Director leads Genpact's Agentic Workspace solution within the Experience unit, owning strategy, IP development, and go-to-market for agentic AI in the modern workplace. This role builds, configures, and demonstrates solutions on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Foundry, while coordinating with sales, delivery, and engineering to drive client outcomes. You will be the senior SME and join a cross-platform team to shape the Agentic Experience suite and Spark IP across the Microsoft ecosystem and broader agentic partners.

What You'll Do

• Solution Development & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with clients and Genpact sales teams to understand business goals and operating model; define tailored Agentic Workspace solutions combining Microsoft technologies with executive-friendly value narratives tied to productivity gains, cost takeout, and revenue enablement.
• Microsoft Platform Mastery: Serve as Genpact's senior solution SME for the Microsoft agentic stack; maintain deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry; stay current on Microsoft's agentic roadmap to identify client opportunities.
• Multi-Vendor Agentic Fluency: Bring credible, hands-on experience across Adobe, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and other agents; advise clients on build/buy/compose decisions and design heterogeneous architectures.
• Sales Demos & Live Configuration: Act as lead solution architect in the sales cycle; run high-impact demos and live configuration sessions; showcase Agentic Experience suite, Spark Workspace, Spark Connect; drive discovery workshops, craft proposals and RFP responses, scope effort, and coordinate with engineering to validate feasibility.
• IP Ownership, Go-to-Market & Thought Leadership: Own the roadmap and delivery playbooks for Agentic Experience Suite and Spark IP; set vision for Spark Workspace & Spark Connect; develop thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and speaking engagements; align with Delivery.
• Change Management for Agentic Adoption: Advise clients on governance, role design, training, and adoption to ensure sustainable, measurable Agentic Transformation.
• Success Metrics / KPIs: Track pipeline growth and win-rate for deals supported; measure architecture quality in delivery and impact on client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Senior solution SME for Microsoft agentic stack with deep knowledge of M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Graph, Power Platform, Foundry.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into executive-friendly value stories and linked productivity/cost/revenue outcomes.
• Experience leading customer-facing demos, proposals, and RFP responses; strong collaboration with sales and engineering.
• Ability to design multi-vendor agentic architectures and advise on build/buy/compose decisions.
• Strong thought leadership, storytelling, and influence across internal and external audiences.
• Change management mindset with experience in governance, training, and adoption.
