About the Role
With Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team, this Software Engineer III role focuses on transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, and delivering impact for clients. You’ll work with professionals to reimagine and reengineer critical operations and processes, helping clients improve performance and accelerate digital ventures.
What You'll Do
- Break down business and technical requirements into structured tasks, prompts, and validation criteria for AI agent teams.
- Orchestrate delivery activities across architecture, development, quality assurance, user experience, and technical documentation workflows.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for code quality, security, compliance, and release readiness before merge or deployment.
- Coordinate end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements, build, integration, testing, and release support.
- Support GPS client engagements by accelerating delivery of technology modernization work in public sector environments.
