Job title: Agentic Consulting Specialist / Product Manager

About the Role Agentic Consulting Specialist / Product Manager bridges high-level business strategy and technical execution to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI Agents using Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and IT teams, driving adoption of agentic automation and leading end-to-end product development from concept to production.

What You'll Do

• Drive AI product strategy and vision, identifying high-value automation use cases across FS, RCPG, LSH, and Manufacturing & Technology, and align clients on replacing rigid chatbots with dynamic multi-agent frameworks.
• Lead product development lifecycle: qualify use cases, manage roadmaps/backlogs, translate business rules into agent logic and data grounding, and define integration requirements with secure connectors.
• Oversee cross-functional execution: collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing; enable deployment into Gemini Enterprise app hub; ensure agent governance via Agent Identity and Agent Registry.
• Facilitate agile discovery workshops, ROI estimation, and mapping of an "agentic taskforce" vision; monitor observability traces and iterate prompts/tools to improve completion rates.
• Ensure safety, performance, and QA: work with engineers on Agent Simulation, Agent Evaluation, prompt safety, and defense against prompt injection vulnerabilities via Model Armor.
• Drive KPI tracking: Task Success Rate, Time-to-Resolution, API & Compute Cost Efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Deep domain knowledge across Financial Services, Retail & CPG, Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Manufacturing & Technology; ability to pinpoint high-value automation use cases.
• Experience with Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and translating requirements into agent logic; data grounding with BigQuery, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Agent2Agent protocol; ability to design safe handoffs between agents and external systems.
• Strong product management skills: backlog & roadmap ownership, Agile methods, and ability to write precise specs for Agent Logic, Data Grounding, and Integrations.
• Ability to work with C-suite and IT stakeholders, governance and deployment in enterprise environments, and driving user adoption.
• Familiarity with agent observability, testing with Agent Simulation/Evaluation, and mitigating prompt-injection risks.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment, with a focus on governance and enterprise rollout.

• Cadence Certified Custom IC Designer, Synopsys Custom Design Certification.
• IEEE Certified Design Engineer (Microelectronics).
