Agentic Commerce & AI Manager

About the Role Accenture Song – Customer Technology, Commerce accelerates growth by combining creativity, technology, and data-driven intelligence. As an Agentic Commerce & AI Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions embedded within digital commerce and customer technology ecosystems.

What You'll Do

• Define enterprise-level Agentic Commerce strategies, align AI orchestration with digital commerce roadmaps, and architect scalable, modular, and interoperable multi-agent systems across commerce platforms.
• Establish unified commerce data foundations and drive integration of AI decision engines into platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, SAP CX, Salesforce Commerce, Composable Commerce architectures).
• Design and lead development of multi-agent ecosystems coordinating predictive models, optimization engines, LLM-driven reasoning, and decision APIs; embed AI into personalization engines, campaign management, product recommendations, dynamic pricing and conversational interfaces.
• Govern autonomous and semi-autonomous commerce AI systems with guardrails around Responsible AI, bias monitoring, drift detection, explainability, and performance observability; ensure secure deployment per risk policy.
• Lead cloud delivery across AWS, Azure, or GCP; use FastAPI for modular services, Databricks for scalable AI workflows; integrate vector databases and state management (Redis); ensure CI/CD and Kubernetes deployment; travel up to 50% as required.
• Engage C-level stakeholders, develop executive roadmaps and ROI models; mentor consultants and contribute to internal accelerators and go-to-market offerings.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years delivering transformation in digital commerce, customer technology, or marketing technology ecosystems.
• Strong Python and SQL with hands-on production Generative AI & Agentic AI deployment; experience embedding AI in commerce platforms, CDPs, CRM, or MarTech.
• Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph); experience with enterprise API gateways and composable architectures.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, tool invocation standards; practical experience with FastAPI, Databricks, cloud-native architectures; familiarity with reinforcement learning and personalization engines.
• Proven success leading AI programs end-to-end; experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and performance monitoring; strong consulting leadership and stakeholder management; cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience designing semantic layers and knowledge graphs; knowledge of knowledge graphs integration; domain knowledge in commerce.
